We deliver all over Bangladesh
Estimated Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–4 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–7 working days
- Delivery time may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
Delivery Charge
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped

- Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery information to avoid failed deliveries
- By placing an order, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies
Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy
- Order cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed
- Exchange is only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request
Video must be clear, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened - Exchange or refund requests without proper video proof will not be accepted
- Color or design variation due to lighting, screen resolution, or display settings will not be considered as damage
- Used, worn, or altered products are not eligible for exchange or refund

- In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, a full refund will be provided using the original payment method
