We deliver all over Bangladesh

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–4 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–7 working days
  • Delivery time may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Charge

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped

Order Confirmation
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or order verification

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery information to avoid failed deliveries

Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Order cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed
  • Exchange is only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request
    Video must be clear, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • Exchange or refund requests without proper video proof will not be accepted
  • Color or design variation due to lighting, screen resolution, or display settings will not be considered as damage
  • Used, worn, or altered products are not eligible for exchange or refund

Product & Stock Information

  • All products shown on the website are ready stock
  • In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, a full refund will be provided using the original payment method
